    I love the flavor of the cinnamon which offsets the earthy taste very well. Very effective too.

    I am a fan. A half dropper definatley contributes to a sense of calm but I think it has cut my hot flashes by more than 50%! That's fantastic for me because I cannot take a hormone therapy. It makes me Crazy!
